The John Mifsud Scholarship Fund
In 2022, the Board and Staff of Next Step Housing (NSH) established the John Mifsud Scholarship Fund to further support residents seeking higher education and professional skills. The fund is named in honor of NSH’s original Executive Director who served the agency for 26 years. An internal NSH Committee made up of Board and Staff members will award up to six $5,000 scholarships per academic year. Applications can be submitted at any time. Awards will be announced 30 days after submission.
